Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as one "generation"?

One generation equals one AI processing request — a single image or video processed in any mode. In batch modes (C and D) every file in the batch counts as one generation. Extra AI actions on a single result — such as expanding keywords or requesting trend recommendations — count as one generation each.

What happens when I run out of credits?

If you have an active subscription and hit your monthly limit, or if your credit balance reaches zero, the Software will show an upgrade prompt. Processing is paused until the next billing cycle resets your limit, or until you top up with a credit pack.

Can I use credits alongside a subscription?

Yes. Credits act as a top-up. Once your monthly subscription limit is reached, the Software automatically draws from your credit balance before showing the upgrade prompt.

Who processes my payment?

All payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle manages billing, VAT/tax collection, and invoicing. Your card details are never seen or stored by MetaBrain.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time from the billing portal accessible within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscription purchases. Credit packs are non-refundable once any credits have been used. See our Refund Policy for full details.
